1990 Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer

$0.00

The familiar shape of a classic 911 takes on a different meaning when every detail has been reconsidered by Singer. This 1990 Porsche 911 Coupe, known as the Lindsey Commission, pairs Light Ivory paint with a bespoke Cumin leather interior, bringing a restrained presentation to an extensively reengineered car. Originally completed in 2022 as the Auburn Commission, it was later returned to Singer’s Los Angeles facility for further personalization and renamed. Showing just over 1,500 miles since its original restoration, this example features lightweight carbon fiber bodywork and a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter air-cooled flat-six, specified with upgraded camshafts, Champagne velocity stacks, and a titanium muffler system. A six-speed manual transmission and the seldom-specified all-wheel-drive configuration add another distinctive dimension to its build.

Carbon ceramic brakes and Öhlins adjustable suspension complement the powertrain, while wide carbon fiber Recaro track seats feature Light Ivory backs and bespoke woven inserts in Cumin and Chocolate with Mt. Blanc stripes. Porsche Classic navigation with Apple CarPlay and an upgraded audio system provide useful modern amenities without disrupting the cabin’s character. Carefully specified and thoughtfully refined, the Lindsey Commission offers a deeply personal interpretation of the air-cooled 911, with its greatest reward waiting on the other side of a turn of the key.
